Reservation instructions: First, choose a suitable date. Then proceed to confirm your reservation, add your contact information to the checkout field, and make the payment using your preferred payment method. You will receive a confirmation and order code via email. Coordinate the exact timing with HelsinkiBoats. If needed, you can change the timing with HelsinkiBoats at this stage. Note that the service provider has the right to propose an alternative timing. Remember to bring the order code with you to verify your reservation.
Cancellation policy: If you have agreed upon the exact timing with HelsinkiBoats and the following conditions apply: wind exceeds 12 m/s, thunderstorm, or fog, both parties have the right to reschedule or cancel the reservation. Otherwise, you can cancel the reservation no later than 14 days before the scheduled cruise. If a suitable timing cannot be found, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund.
